Job Title: LVN Shift Care

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team in a Shift Care role at our Long Term Care facility in Spokane, WA.

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop strategies to address them.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in skilled long-term care.
  • Current LVN licensure in the state of Washington.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
