Job Title: PM Server

Job Type: Full-time

Description:

The Crowne Plaza, managed by Essex Hotel Management, is seeking a highly motivated PM Server to provide exceptional customer service to our guests during the evening shift.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests and take their orders in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions guests may have.
  • Enter orders accurately into the POS system and communicate them to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables and ensuring proper sanitation procedures are followed.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or hotel setting.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service and preparation.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
