Job Title: Clinical Support LPN
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at American Oncology Management Company. As a Clinical Support LPN, you will play a vital role in providing support to our clinical team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and document patient data to prepare new patient charts and complete medical forms.
- Facilitate prescription refills as directed by the physician or APP, and obtain prior authorizations as needed.
- Support incoming phone calls regarding patient care and consult with clinical staff to resolve issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the clinical team.
Requirements:
- Current License as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment.
- CPR and BLS certifications.
- 1-2 years of experience working with hematology/oncology patients in a clinic or hospital setting.

Work Environment:

Standard Core Workdays/Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
