POSITION SUMMARY:

This role is dedicated to enhancing branch assets, customer deposits, and overall revenue by fostering relationships with both new and existing clients. The primary focus is to comprehend their current and future financial requirements and align them with Seacoast Bank's offerings. Additionally, the Client Advisor will perform teller duties, handling transactions for clients both in-branch and via drive-thru services. Trust and confidence are built through transparency, integrity, and genuine interactions.

This position requires travel across designated counties and will be based out of a specific branch when not on the road.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client Relationship Development

  • Engage in proactive relationship management, including:

Operational Duties

  • Open and manage accounts, process transactions, and ensure compliance with bank policies to mitigate risks.
  • Adhere to AML/BSA regulations and operational protocols, ensuring all associates are informed of updates.
  • Practice ethical sales techniques in line with the Associate Code of Conduct.
  • Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and monitor work for precision.
  • Follow management directives to resolve client concerns effectively.
  • Comply with Seacoast Bank's Code of Conduct and safety protocols.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of 6 months of cash handling experience is necessary.
  • A college degree or 1+ years in retail sales or financial services is preferred.
  • Flexibility in scheduling is essential, including availability during operational hours.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Able to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
  • Proficiency in using desktop, laptop, tablet, and smartphone devices, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
