Job Summary:

As a Fresh Food Associate at Walmart, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring high-quality products are available in our deli, bakery, meat, and other departments. Your duties will include helping customers find products, packing ready-to-sell items, preparing and serving ready-to-eat food, and maintaining a clean and sanitized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and help customers find products
  • Pack and stock displays with ready-to-sell products
  • Prepare and serve ready-to-eat food
  • Assist customers with ordering cakes and fulfilling deli orders
  • Maintain temperature control, verify dates, and dispose of lesser-quality food products
  • Keep the work area clean and sanitized

Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
