About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in multifamily property maintenance, with a strong background in supervising staff, managing budgets, and ensuring exceptional customer service. As a Traveling Maintenance Supervisor, you will work closely with our maintenance teams to identify priorities, allocate resources, and implement solutions to maintain high-quality living environments for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a liaison between maintenance teams and management, providing support and guidance on various projects and initiatives.
  • Assist in coordinating maintenance schedules, resource allocation, and budget management to ensure efficient operations.
  • Maintain excellent communication with residents, vendors, and employees to resolve issues and address concerns.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies for improving resident satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor and analyze maintenance performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize operational efficiency.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in multifamily property maintenance, preferably in a supervisory or management capacity.
  • A strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and expense control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, residents, and vendors.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Certifications such as Type I and Type II technician from an Environmental Protection Agency approved technician certification program and Certified Pool Operator are preferred.
