Job Summary

Ayer Motor Inn is seeking a detail-oriented and energetic individual to join our Housekeeping Department as a Housekeeping Associate.

This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest areas and back-of-house spaces.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing cleaning duties in guest areas and back-of-house spaces
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Ensuring departmental standards are met
  • Responding to guest requests in a timely manner
  • Reporting maintenance issues

Requirements include:

  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not necessary
  • Reliable transportation

A flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, is required. Compensation is up to $18.00 per hour based on experience.
