We are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team at Sutter Health in Vallejo, CA. As an LVN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in an outpatient clinic setting, working under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
Key Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to patients, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient progress.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized plans of care.
- Assist with special procedures, minor surgical procedures, and diagnostic exams as needed.
- Monitor patients' condition and notify physician/healthcare professional for disposition.
- Prepare and administer medications as directed by physician order, following established protocols.
- CA LVN License
- BLS (AHA)
- Graduate of an accredited school of Vocational Nursing
- 1 year recent relevant experience
- Fluent in English (writing, speaking, comprehension)
