  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and oversight to nursing staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
  • Staff Development: Conduct hiring, training, directing, development, and evaluating of staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Quality Improvement: Identify and resolve issues affecting the delivery of patient care services, and develop and implement policies and procedures for efficient delivery of health services.

  • Physical Demands: Work in a fast-paced environment, frequently lifting, carrying, and pushing objects weighing 0-25 lbs, and using vision, hearing, and speech for communication and identification purposes.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Experience: Two years' registered nurse experience with progressive leadership responsibilities OR one year of registered nurse experience plus one year of relevant leadership experience

Professional Certifications:

  • Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) - American Heart Association (AHA)
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license
