  • Food Service Management: Supervise the food production and service programs, ensuring that food is prepared and served in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Nutrition and Wellness: Collaborate with the Contract Dietician to monitor the nutritional status of residents and develop care plans to promote optimal nutrition and wellness.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train departmental staff to ensure that they are equipped to provide high-quality food service to our residents.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage the departmental budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to meet the needs of our residents.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or general equivalency required.
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in food service management or a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team, communicate effectively with residents and staff, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Certifications: Completion of an approved state food service supervisor course required.
