We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Server to join our team at Fortiss LLC / Parkwest Casinos. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our menu offerings, including daily specials, to effectively inform and recommend to customers.
- Order Management: Accurately take and enter customer orders into our system, ensuring timely delivery to the kitchen staff.
- Guest Service: Provide top-notch service to our guests, responding to their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Table Management: Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including rolling silverware, setting up for the next shift, and bussing tables as needed.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless service and a positive dining experience for our guests.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Availability: Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Age: Must be at least 21 years old.
- Background Check: Must pass a mandatory background check and drug test.
- Lifting: Must be able to lift and carry tools, supplies, and inventory up to 50 pounds.
- Standing: Must be able to stand for long periods and walk for extended periods.
- Repetitive Tasks: Must be able to perform repetitive tasks, including simple and power grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
