Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team at ONEPOWER Consulting LLC. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and efficiency of our clients' equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize your technical expertise to ensure compliance with OSHA and state regulations in the field.
  • Provide on-site installation, validation, and commissioning of machinery, as well as diagnosing and repairing existing equipment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Troubleshoot and provide telephone support to clients as needed.
  • Provide training and guidance to plant maintenance and management staff on the safe operation and maintenance of equipment.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Service Center to resolve complex issues and improve overall service delivery.
  • Establish relationships with internal departments to obtain answers and provide solutions to problems encountered in the field.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate service and expenses reports, as well as record-keeping systems.
Requirements
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience working with Injection Stretch Blow Molding machines or similar plastics industry equipment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Adobe, and Internet skills.
  • Ability to read and understand technical documents, such as operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and electrical/hydraulic and pneumatic schematics.
  • Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver's license.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with machine maintenance and repair.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
