Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team at South Texas Radiology Imaging Centers. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will be responsible for performing nuclear medicine procedures, evaluating images for technical quality, and maintaining technical skills to ensure accurate and safe patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform nuclear medicine procedures and evaluate images for technical quality
  • Administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
  • Adhere to all conditions of the Radioactive Material License and Operating, Safety, and Emergency Procedures
  • Perform and document wipe testing, radiation surveys, dose calibrator assays, and other quality control/quality assurance procedures
  • Generate and maintain all required records
Requirements:
  • High School/GED and graduate of an accredited educational program in nuclear medicine technology
  • Registered or registry eligible by the American Registry of Radiology Technology (ARRT) or Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB)
