Home Health Physical Therapist

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team at BAYADA Home Health Care. As a dedicated healthcare professional, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off, holidays, and a 401(k) plan.

As a Physical Therapist with BAYADA Home Health Care, your primary responsibility will be to provide one-on-one care to our clients in their own homes. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that address the unique needs of each client.

Your duties will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to identify clients' physical therapy needs;
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans that address these needs;
• Providing skilled physical therapy interventions, including exercises, gait training, and balance activities;
• Maintaining accurate records of client progress and adjusting care plans as needed;
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
