FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers is in search of a full-time Licensed Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team. Our facility specializes in treating patients with balance and dizziness issues, while also addressing a variety of other conditions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within our team, ensuring that every patient receives the comprehensive care they deserve.

In our well-equipped therapy gym and private treatment rooms, the Physical Therapist will deliver high-quality therapy services utilizing advanced equipment, including dynamic postureography systems, to facilitate effective assessments and treatments.

Our working hours are adaptable.ResponsibilitiesOur Physical Therapist will manage various conditions related to the inner ear, central and peripheral nervous systems, vision, spinal muscles, and lower extremities, all of which contribute to maintaining balance. The unique services offered at FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers are not commonly found in the area, and our treating physician closely monitors each patient's progress. Treatment plans will be crafted by the Physical Therapist, who will play a crucial role in helping patients regain their independence and enjoy life to the fullest.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
  • Ability to provide clear instructions and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Demonstrated compassion and support for patients experiencing discomfort
  • Consistent positivity and motivation for patients
  • Capability to remain flexible and composed in unforeseen circumstances
  • Aptitude for objective assessment of situations
  • Proficient in identifying problems and proactively seeking solutions; must possess strong critical thinking skills
Position Requirements
  • BS, MS, or DPT in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Valid Physical Therapy license in North Carolina
  • Preferred: 2 years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist
  • Preferred: Experience in an outpatient environment
  • Experience in Vestibular Therapy is a plus
