Job Title: Certified Surgical Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team at MultiCare Health System. As a key member of our surgical team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms.

Job Summary

The Certified Surgical Technologist is responsible for assisting with the care and preparation of surgical patients and the operating room under the direct supervision of an operating room RN. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of the operating room and surgical equipment
  • Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and supplies
  • Assist with the transfer of patients to and from the operating room
  • Provide support to the surgical team during procedures
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements
  • Graduate of a Certified Surgical Technologist program or equivalent experience
  • National certification as a Surgical Technologist preferred
  • Active Washington State Surgical Technologist Registration required prior to start date
  • Health Care Provider level CPR certification
