At The Glen at Scripps Ranch CCRC LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead EMT Safety Officer to join our team. As a key member of our Safety Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Safety Manager with administrative functions, including access card processing, parking sticker processing, and inventory management.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Safety Department team, assisting with staff training and development.
  • Conduct daily door monitoring checks, internal and external rounds, and maintain departmental equipment to ensure proper functioning.
  • Respond immediately to emergency situations, practicing proper First Responder protocols and life safety policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate exemplary customer service to all internal and external customers at all times.
Requirements:
  • Current CPR, AED, and EMT certification required.
  • At least one year of supervisory experience within the medical response environment.
  • Minimum six months of employment within the Safety Department.
  • Eighteen years of age or older.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
