We are in search of enthusiastic and positive automotive service specialists who are committed to providing exceptional service to our clients. Ideal candidates will possess a strong problem-solving mindset and a dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize technical knowledge and skills to diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently.
- Gain experience working on a diverse range of domestic and foreign automobiles.
- Conduct thorough and honest vehicle inspections.
- Collaborate with team members to address customer concerns promptly.
- Adhere to and promote high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
- Communicate effectively with the service department regarding customer issues.
- Work collaboratively with fellow technicians to resolve challenges and achieve outstanding results.
- Positive demeanor and a strong desire to assist customers.
- 5-10+ years of experience in automotive service.
- ASE Certifications are advantageous.
- Preferred A Tech or B Tech level.
- Ability to diagnose and repair various makes and models of vehicles.
- Meet or exceed performance goals.
- Aptitude for acquiring new skills and knowledge.
- Professional appearance and effective communication skills.
- Commitment to long-term career development.
- Ability to lift and/or move over 100 pounds occasionally.
- Capable of working with tools on elevated vehicles.
- Comfortable working in confined spaces as required by vehicle repairs.
- Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
- Ability to stand or walk for the majority of the workday.
- Proficient in driving manual transmission vehicles.
- Competent in navigating computer systems.
