About the Role:

• Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to patients in their homes
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive plans of care
• Assess patient deficits and develop strategies to improve functional abilities
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active OT license in Colorado
• Minimum one year of experience in home healthcare
• CPR certification
• Pass a background check and drug test
