Homecare Advocate

As a Direct Support Professional with Community Access Services, you will play a crucial role in empowering individuals with disabilities to live independently and fulfill their potential. You will assist individuals with daily living activities, promote their independence, and advocate for their rights and dignity.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in caregiving, social work, or a related field is preferred but not required; training is provided.
• Compassionate, patient, and committed to advocating for individuals with disabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and eligibility to become a company driver.
• Ability to pass a background check.
