About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead our clinical operations at Kaibab Behavioral Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily clinical operations, ensuring effective and efficient treatment is provided to our ABA clients, and working closely with our Owner and Co-Owner to maximize clinic capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, discharge summaries, and review assessments/reports written by lead behavior technicians.
  • Oversee the training of behavior technicians and other staff to apply the principles of behavior through positive behavior intervention techniques.
  • Ensure clinical integrity of behavior technicians and Applied Behavior Analysis programs.
  • Review clinical data and ensure clinical progress and treatment effectiveness for assigned clients.
  • Supervise assigned individuals seeking BCBA independent fieldwork hours.
  • Ensure clients have adequate teaching materials, supplies, and equipment.
  • Administer, conduct, evaluate, and supervise the implementation of behavioral assessment measures and functional assessment measures.
  • Implement behavioral data systems to collect quantifiable behavioral data.
  • Train behavior technicians on clinical behavior programs and plans, data collection systems, and monitoring and reporting systems.
  • Conduct regular caregiver and/or teacher training and consultation.
  • Meet with the clinical director and notify her of issues impacting client progress and satisfaction.
  • Complete necessary documentation in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a billable caseload and document a minimum of 20 billable hours/week.
  • Participate in professional meetings or conferences for continuing education.
  • Adhere to the mission, vision, and values of Kaibab Behavioral Services.

Requirements
  • BCBA certification in good standing.
