Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu and any special items offered.
  • Provide prompt, attentive, friendly, and professional service to guests.
  • Ensure food items are served at the correct temperature and in a timely manner.
  • Pre-bus and bus tables as needed during peak periods.
  • Restock beverage stations when required.
  • Respond promptly to customer requests and preferences.
  • Maintain a professional and clean appearance at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with all staff members to optimize the dining experience.
  • Stay informed about bar offerings to answer patron questions accurately.
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is preferred.
  • High School Diploma, G.E.D., or relevant Food Service Job Experience is required.
  • Hold a Food Handlers Card, Alcohol Awareness Certification, and other necessary compliance trainings.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Banquet experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
