Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Quality Talent Group. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care and practice within assigned areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and Assign Nursing Staff: Develop and implement effective scheduling systems to ensure adequate staffing levels and meet resident care requirements.
- Provide Information and Support: Offer guidance and support to residents, families, and staff members to ensure high-quality patient care and a positive work environment.
- Maintain a Safe and Clean Environment: Implement and enforce rules and regulations to maintain a safe, clean, and compassionate working environment.
Requirements:
- Valid RN License: Possess a valid Registered Nurse license and a strong understanding of nursing practices and regulations.
- Long Term Care Experience: Preferably 3 years of experience in Long Term Care, with a focus on developing and implementing effective care plans.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Prescribing programs.
