Job Title: Law Firm Paralegal Specialist

About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Perform legal research and prepare documents for execution and filing.
- Draft legal documents such as wills, contracts, and affidavits.
- File legal documents with the appropriate court or government agency.
- Maintain a heavy caseload in an effective manner and assume full responsibility of moving a file or case to conclusion with minimal supervision of the responsible attorney.

Requirements:
- High school diploma required; AAS degree preferred.
- Notary Public License highly desired.
- At least one year of experience is preferred.

What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
