Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused General Merchandise Associate to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales goals of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and performing other tasks as assigned.
  • Support the sales goals of our store by working effectively with other team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling returns and exchanges.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
