Vulnerability Mitigator

We are seeking a highly motivated Compliance Officer to join our team at Noble Environmental Specialty Services. The successful candidate will support our comprehensive insurance and risk management program, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigating potential risks to our organization.

This role is based out of our corporate office in Canonsburg, PA, but requires occasional travel to Belle Vernon and McClellandtown. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management, with experience in trucking and/or waste management preferred.

The Compliance Officer will be responsible for:

• Evaluating and mitigating potential risks to our organization.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Developing and implementing risk management policies and procedures.
• Conducting audits and assessments to ensure compliance.
• Providing training and guidance to employees on risk management and compliance.

• Bachelor's degree in risk management, finance, or related field.
• At least three years of related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Estimated Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 per annum
