In this position, you will be integrated into a high-performing team, utilizing cutting-edge CNC machinery, including up to 5-axis systems, to produce intricate components from various metals in a safe, effective, and efficient manner. The machinery you will operate includes vertical mills, horizontal mills, lathes, and cylindrical grinders, alongside a range of hand and inspection tools typically employed by machinists. You will be required to interpret complex engineering schematics to manufacture sophisticated parts and equipment.

Work Schedule:

  • Four - 10-hour shifts; Monday to Thursday from 3 PM to 1 AM
  • Overtime as necessary.
  • Flexibility to work some weekends to fulfill customer delivery requirements and optimize asset utilization.

  • Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States
  • Possess a state or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of continuous work experience.
  • Hold a relevant technical diploma and/or have 3+ years of experience in a job shop environment producing complex, high-tolerance parts or equivalent military experience.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of CAM software and the ability to read and interpret G-Code.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs., push/pull up to 40 lbs., ascend and descend stairs, and perform bending, twisting, squatting, and crouching motions, with strong gripping hand functions. Frequent standing and occasional sitting are required. Candidates must be able to concentrate on and organize projects, possess problem-solving skills, and communicate effectively with colleagues. Additionally, all employees must wear PPE, including ear, eye, hand, and toe protection.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment assessment and drug/background screening.
  • Ability to pass post-offer/pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT).
