Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Mobile Phlebotomist. As a key member of our blood collection team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional donor care and ensuring the safe and efficient collection of blood products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough medical screenings and phlebotomy procedures to ensure the quality and safety of blood products
  • Register donors, collect vital signs, and perform other related duties to facilitate a smooth donation process
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure donor satisfaction throughout the donation process
  • Work collaboratively with the blood collection team to meet collection goals and maintain a safe and efficient work environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest phlebotomy techniques and procedures

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or certification in phlebotomy or a related field preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time
