### Job Title: Parts Advisor

### Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Parts Advisor to join our team at Stamford KIA. As a key member of our service department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient supply chain management for our customers.

### Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers and technicians in identifying required parts for vehicle repairs
* Research and locate parts numbers using various databases and catalogs
* Place orders for parts with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery
* Receive and inspect incoming parts, verifying accuracy and condition
* Maintain inventory levels and organize parts storage areas
* Update computer systems with order and inventory information
* Provide exceptional customer service and support

### Requirements

* Prior experience in parts advising or automotive industry preferred
* Strong knowledge of automotive parts and their functions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in using computer systems and databases
* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
