Plastic Molding Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Plastic Molding Technician to join our team at First Call Professional Services. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating Low Pressure Molding machines, ensuring high-quality production and maintaining a safe work environment.

• Machine Setup and Operation: Configure and run Low Pressure Molding machines to produce high-quality parts.
• Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Identify and resolve issues with machines and equipment to minimize downtime and ensure efficient production.
• Quality Control: Inspect and monitor parts to ensure they meet our high-quality standards.
• Training and Development: Assist in training new team members and contribute to the development of our manufacturing processes.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

• Experience: At least 6 years of experience in Plastics Molding, with a focus on Low Pressure Molding.
• Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues and provide clear instructions.
• Mathematical Skills: Basic math skills to accurately adjust machine settings.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous and precise in your work to ensure high-quality production.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Quick to troubleshoot and find solutions to minimize downtime.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, handle objects, use tools, and lift up to 35 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs with assistance).

• Competitive Compensation: $20 - $30 per hour, plus a $2.00 shift differential, resulting in an annual salary range of $49,920 - $71,360.
