Landscape Installation Supervisor

Turfn Titanz NC Inc is seeking a highly skilled Landscape Installation Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will oversee the installation of high-quality landscaping projects while ensuring exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape installations and be proficient in various aspects of the trade, including sod, mulch, retaining walls, patios, low voltage lighting, irrigation repairs, plant installation, drainage, and grading. Additionally, they must be able to operate track loaders, mini excavators, trenchers, and other compact equipment, as well as possess a clean NCDL and pass a background check.
This position offers a competitive salary of $760 - $1,000 per week, paid holidays, one week of paid vacation, continuing education opportunities, weekly pay, and retirement benefits with company match. We are an equal opportunity employer and encourage military veterans to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise a crew of 2-4 team members, ensuring projects are completed on time and in a safe manner.
• Conduct daily inspections and maintenance of assigned trucks, trailers, and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of crew times and materials used.
• Ensure proper notifications are left behind with customers following visits.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in landscape installations.
• Proficiency in installing sod, mulch, retaining walls, patios, low voltage lighting, irrigation repairs, plant installation, drainage, and grading.
• Ability to operate track loaders, mini excavators, trenchers, and other compact equipment.
• Clean NCDL and ability to pass a background check.
• Leadership skills and ability to work well with a team.
• Problem-solving skills with minimal supervision.
