Job Summary:
The role of a Circuit Board Assembly Technician involves the meticulous assembly of printed circuit boards (PCBs) while rotating through various workstations. This position is crucial for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble circuit boards in accordance with layout drawings, bills of materials, and manufacturing documentation, adhering to IPC-A-610 Class 2 standards.
- Conduct inspections of circuit boards to confirm compliance with IPC-A-610 Class 2 standards.
- Utilize computers, small hand tools, torque tools, scales, calculators, and rulers effectively.
- Provide coverage across PCB assembly areas, including but not limited to heat sink, pre-assembly, kitting, preparation, setup/tear-down, slide line, and final assembly.
- Perform repetitive, fast-paced, and precise hand insertion of electronic components into PCBs.
- Communicate effectively with team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Prioritize tasks to meet daily and weekly production targets.
- Maintain organization within the assigned work area.
- Adhere to company policies regarding ESD, quality, and safety protocols.

Physical Requirements:
- Continuous use of fine finger dexterity, neck flexion, and reaching.
- Frequent use of both hands to handle circuit boards, bins, tools, and components.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull weights ranging from 11-25 lbs regularly, and occasionally 26-50 lbs.
- Occasional bending at the knees and waist.
- Vision requirements include close, midrange, peripheral vision, depth perception, and balance.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Transport products between assembly areas as needed.
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including up to 50 hours per week, Monday through Saturday.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Proficiency in reading English to understand schematics and assembly instructions.
- Basic computer skills to navigate company policies, safety directives, and work instructions.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English for verbal instructions.
- Basic arithmetic skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred.
