We are seeking a skilled Financial Accounting Professional to join our team at Nesnah Ventures. In this role, you will provide accounts payable accounting functions and support to our company and its subsidiary businesses.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain A/P email inbox, workflow, and respond to vendor inquiries
- Process vendor invoices for approval
- Enter payable transactions
- Enter credit card transactions
- Review and prepare 1099 tax documents
- Process weekly check runs
You will also be responsible for post daily banking transactions, complete bank reconciliations, assist with month-end and year-end closing, and record recurring and one-time month-end journal entries.
Requirements:- Driven Achiever - You achieve results through your strong work ethic and daily determination
- Accuracy - You have strong attention to detail and are self-driven to see tasks through to finish
- Education - Associate's degree in Accounting or related field
- Experience - Minimum of 2 years related accounts payable accounting experience
- Technology User - Microsoft Office (especially Excel data entry)
