About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated clinician to join our team as an Advanced Clinician Specialist. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong communication and leadership skills, as well as a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans, ensuring that each patient receives the best possible treatment and support. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve our shared goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' physical, emotional, and social needs, developing personalized care plans that address their unique requirements
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care activities, ensuring that each patient receives the highest standard of care
  • Work closely with our medical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a specialty area
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care, with a focus on safety, dignity, and respect
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
