Job Overview

Your Role

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Organizing and scheduling drivers for timely deliveries and pickups from various job sites.
  • Maintaining open communication with drivers and management regarding delivery schedules and any necessary adjustments.
  • Keeping accurate records of dispatched calls, driver routes, and delivery times.
  • Documenting any customer or technician-related issues or complaints.
  • Overseeing the location and status of the fleet.
  • Tracking driver training sessions and compliance with requirements.
  • Reviewing and managing Tool Logs.
  • Coordinating the return of parts and equipment for credit.

Qualifications

  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on follow-through.
  • A personable demeanor that thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work independently with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
