As a mechatronics technician apprentice, you will have the opportunity to work with complex diesel locomotives and develop your skills in maintaining and repairing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic controls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot errors and malfunctions in diesel locomotives
  • Perform maintenance, repair, and upkeep of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic controls
  • Acquire expertise in fixing issues and maintaining safety and monitoring systems
  • Work in a training workshop environment, learning from experienced professionals

As a mechatronics technician apprentice, you will receive comprehensive training and support to help you grow and improve with the company. You will work fixed hours from Monday to Friday and have access to free company travel tickets and a student ticket for Hesse, if needed. Some training content will also be provided digitally.
