About the Role

We are seeking an experienced W2 Case Manager/FEP to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for serving as the primary case manager for the W2 program, assisting individuals in assessing their needs and reaching self-sufficiency goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess participant needs and develop personalized plans to achieve self-sufficiency goals
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on participant progress
  • Conduct job readiness workshops to equip participants with essential skills
  • Motivate participants to complete required components for W2
  • Ensure timely data entry into our systems for program tracking and reporting

Salary and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary, starting at $23.56 per hour, with opportunities for growth based on experience. Additional benefits include comprehensive health insurance options, 401(k) plan with up to 6% match, generous PTO plan, and 12 paid holidays.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An associate degree and two or more years of relevant work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to lead, facilitate, and conduct group case management models
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to adjust to frequent changes in policy, reporting, and program delivery
  • Ability to motivate and inspire participants to make positive changes
