Adolescent PRTF RN Team Lead Position

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year

Premier Services of Carolina, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Registered Nurse to serve as a Team Lead for our Adolescent PRTF program. In this critical leadership role, you will oversee the provision of high-quality care and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

About the Program

Our Adolescent PRTF program provides intensive residential treatment for young people struggling with mental health challenges. As a Team Lead, you will play a key role in developing and implementing individualized care plans, leading interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring seamless transitions between levels of care.


Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of individualized care plans for adolescents.
  • Collaborate with our psychiatric team to design and deliver therapeutic interventions.
  • Conduct regular reviews of resident progress, making adjustments to care plans as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including CARF, CMS, PRTF, and DHHS standards.

Requirements
  • Degree in Nursing or related field (required).
  • At least 2 years of experience in behavioral health care (recommended).
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work flexible hours.
