Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and career-oriented professional to join our team at Brooke Allen - State Farm Agent in Charleston, SC. As a State Farm team member, you will play a key role in building and developing customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products, including auto, home, and life insurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized solutions.
  • Collaborate with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, driving business growth and success.
  • Identify customer needs, develop leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services to meet customer objectives.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and multitask effectively
  • Property and Casualty license, with ability to obtain Life and Health license
