Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for Community Clinic

TrueCare is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at our Oceanside Clinic. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, you will provide high-quality mental health care to patients, working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide patient intake and assessment services
- Offer patient education and support
- Deliver integrated mental health services in a primary care setting
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree
- Minimum one year of experience as a PMHNP, working with various mental health conditions
- Current knowledge of drug and treatment protocols common to ambulatory care
- Computer proficiency, particularly with Electronic Health/Medical Record systems and Microsoft Office
- Current and unrestricted California Nurse Practitioner License
- Board of Registered Nurses Certification Furnishing Number issued by California Board of Registered Nursing
- Current and unrestricted Controlled Substances Registration Certificate from the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
- Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification by an accredited professional nursing organization
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification for Healthcare Providers
- Valid California Drivers License, proof of auto liability insurance, and clean driving record
- Doctorate in Nursing
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (may be required at some clinics)
- Knowledge of Trauma Informed Care principles

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position. This position is also eligible for our annual incentive program bonus. If you are hired at TrueCare, your final base salary (within the pay range), will be determined based on factors such as education, knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members when determining any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer generous benefits and retirement plans.
