We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in Brockton, MA. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery and equipment to ensure the smooth operation of our production line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities
  • Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties
  • Detect faulty operations, defective material, and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision
  • Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
  • Perform mechanic skills, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting, and repair of production machines
  • Use PLC programming to troubleshoot and resolve issues with automated equipment
Requirements
  • Proven experience in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment
  • Proficiency in using a variety of tools and equipment for maintenance purposes
  • Solid understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems
  • Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
  • Strong understanding of PLC programming and its applications in automated machinery
  • Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime if needed
  • Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology, or relevant field a plus
