Key Responsibilities- Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities
- Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties
- Detect faulty operations, defective material, and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
- Perform mechanic skills, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting, and repair of production machines
- Use PLC programming to troubleshoot and resolve issues with automated equipment
- Proven experience in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment
- Proficiency in using a variety of tools and equipment for maintenance purposes
- Solid understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Strong understanding of PLC programming and its applications in automated machinery
- Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime if needed
- Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology, or relevant field a plus
