Bridal Boutique Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Bridal Boutique Manager to join our team at Wedding & Tuxedo Connection LLC. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our bridal boutique, including supervising bridal stylists and consultants.

• Manage the daily operations of our bridal boutique, including overseeing the sales floor, inventory, and customer service.
• Recruit, train, and develop a team of bridal stylists and consultants to provide top-notch service to clients.
• Collaborate with our sales team to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in wedding planning or retail management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
