About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Associate. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining a safe and clean environment for our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean all areas of the store, including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles, adhering to Kohl's best practices and standards.
  • Utilize approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment.
  • Maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by ordering replenishments when necessary.
  • Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance.
  • Routinely perform basic equipment maintenance according to company guidelines.
  • Effectively use Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate, and share information with the store team.
  • Support the operations team in receiving and processing product, executing stockroom operations, and omni-channel fulfillment when needed.
  • Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.

  • Act with integrity, honesty, and foster teamwork in an engaged and inclusive culture.
  • Exercise good judgment and discernment when making decisions, taking appropriate action as needed.

Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
  • Verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • No retail experience required.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
