Maxine's Coffee is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. As a key member of our coffee shop, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Serving: Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso, and tea, while ensuring accurate customization and presentation.
• Sales: Engage with customers to describe menu offerings, answer questions, and provide recommendations, highlighting the unique qualities of our coffee and products.
• Quality Control: Regularly taste and evaluate coffee quality, making adjustments as needed to ensure consistency and excellence.
• Cleaning and Stocking: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, restocking supplies and equipment as required to ensure seamless operations.
