Cinema Service Associate

Cinépolis Luxury Cinemas is seeking a skilled Cinema Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver concessions items, kitchen items, and bar items to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work closely with the expediter to ensure all food is delivered simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest complaints and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with cleaning auditoriums, removing all dishes, trash, and providing managers with any found items.
  • Support team members with scanning tickets, cleaning, and restroom checks, and ringing up guests at concessions or the box office.
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • 1+ years of food running or bussing experience preferred.
  • ServSafe, Food Handling, and Alcohol training certifications required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with employees, guests, and management.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to handle difficult and stressful situations.
Working Conditions:

The physical demands of this role include walking, bending, and standing for periods of time. The employee frequently uses hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reaches with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and may be asked to light lift 25lbs to 50lbs occasionally with assistance.
