WHAT IS THE ROLE ABOUT?
We are in search of a motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Expert and Key Holder who is enthusiastic about customer service and guiding team members to reach their objectives in a dynamic setting. Key responsibilities encompass:

  • Welcoming each customer by dedicating quality time to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
  • Acting as a product knowledge authority with the capability to promote and sell a diverse range of apparel, including exclusive labels, well-known brands, and tailored garments.
  • Contributing to the development of a customer-centric sales team by providing continuous coaching and training on sales techniques, behaviors, and operational practices.

ARE YOU THE RIGHT CANDIDATE?
Essential qualifications for this position include:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (a college/university degree is advantageous but not mandatory).
  • Exemplary customer service skills with experience in resolving issues and complaints.
  • Capability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.

The hourly wage for this role ranges from $6.20 to $8.90, complemented by a commission structure between 1.5% and 6% based on individual sales performance. Team members are also eligible for quarterly bonuses tied to store performance.
