We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Detailer to join our team at Lenz Truck Center in Fond du Lac, WI. As an Automotive Detailer, you will be responsible for washing and detailing vehicles to the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for washing the exterior and interior of vehicles, using various cleaning solutions and equipment, and ensuring that all surfaces are spotless and free of debris.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and wash vehicles according to company procedure
  • Use manual dexterity and bodily coordination to perform tasks
  • Vacuum interior surfaces, clean upholstery and surfaces, and apply preservation chemicals to protect against spots and stains
  • Wax and buff vehicles using cloths and buffing machines
  • Maintain the appropriate level of supplies and manage inventory
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $13.00 and $17.00 per hour, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including affordable health insurance, prescription coverage, life insurance, disability coverage, dental coverage, chiropractic coverage, vision coverage, and a 401(K) retirement plan with up to 5% percentage match and immediate vesting. We also offer paid vacation and holidays.
