Sheet Metal Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Foreman to join our team at Phoenix Canopy & Shade Solutions LL. As a key member of our fabrication shop, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of sheet metal parts and materials, ensuring high-quality products are delivered to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Select the appropriate gauge and type of sheet metal for various products
- Supervise and coordinate activities of craft workers and subcontractors
- Interpret specifications, blueprints, and work orders to ensure accurate production
- Enforce safety regulations and company policies among team members
- Establish and adjust work schedules based on equipment, materials, and personnel capabilities
- Analyze and resolve work problems to maintain efficient production
- Coordinate project activities with other trades to ensure seamless execution
- Prior experience working on construction sites and/or managing teams in the field
- Relevant work experience in sheet metal fabrication and welding
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Outlook
- Ability to perform all welding processes, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding, and work with steel, aluminum, and stainless materials
