Opportunity: Leasing Consultant - Lynnwood, WA

Sares Regis Group, a leading real estate development and management firm, is seeking an experienced sales and customer service professional to join our team at Alexan Access in Lynnwood, WA.

About the Role:

  • Interview and qualify prospective residents, verifying applications and lease documents.
  • Accompany prospects to model apartments and discuss available facilities and services.
  • Complete lease forms and collect rental deposits and application fees.
  • Promote positive resident relations and ensure a high-quality living experience.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated sales and customer service experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work weekends.
