Job Title: Head Volleyball Coach

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Head Volleyball Coach to lead our college volleyball program. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall direction, development, and administration of the program, including recruiting, coaching, and academic support for student-athletes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive volleyball program that aligns with the college's mission and values
  • Recruit and coach talented student-athletes to compete at the collegiate level
  • Develop and maintain relationships with alumni, donors, and community partners to support the program
  • Manage program budgets, schedules, and logistics
  • Collaborate with the athletic department and college administration to ensure compliance with NCAA regulations and college policies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • More than one year of volleyball coaching experience, with documented experience in developing student academic success
  • Master's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
  • Volleyball coaching experience at the collegiate level, as well as teaching experience at the collegiate level preferred
Working Conditions:

The Head Volleyball Coach will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent travel and competition schedules. The position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and community partners.
